What’s the Future for VIVA Cruises on the Rivers of Europe?

Andrea Kruse, CEO and co-founder of VIVA Cruises, talks with James Shillinglaw of Insider Travel Report at last month's ASTA River Cruise Expo in Amsterdam about her relatively young but growing river cruise brand. Launched in late 2018, VIVA Cruises will have 10 ships carrying no more than 190 guests each, sailing throughout Europe by mid-2026. Headquartered in Düsseldorf, the cruise line is owned by Scylla AG, a major builder of river ships. And now it's firmly targeting the U.S. river cruise market for growth.
