Sean Davoren, co-founder of Caherconnell Stone Fort in County Clare’s Burren region, speaks with Alan Fine about his family’s 300-year-old sheep farm and partnership with CIE Tours. Since 2012, Caherconnell has hosted sheepdog demonstrations where trained dogs skillfully herd sheep across rugged terrain, showcasing traditional Irish farming.
