Jeff Willner, CEO and founder of Navigatr Group, talks with James Shillinglaw of Insider Travel Report about his acquisition of Ensemble, the former agency cooperative that is now a consortium wholly owned by Navigatr. Willner, who spoke with us last week during Ensemble’s conference in Miami, also talks about how he got into the travel agency business, how he’s grown his company from when it began as the Travel Edge agency in Toronto, then acquiring a number of agencies in the U.S., establishing a critical technology company and ultimately buying Ensemble.
