Why JetBlue Might Not Buy Spirit After All—a Court Will Decide

Bill McGee, senior fellow for aviation and travel for the American Economic Liberties Project, talks with James Shillinglaw of Insider Travel Report about why the JetBlue-Spirit merger is not in the interests of consumers or travel advisors, because it will lead to higher fares and less service in communities around the country.
