Holland America‘s Rudi Sodamin on His Culinary Career in Cruising

For this special Thanksgiving edition of Insider Video, Rudi Sodamin, consultant master chef at Holland America Line, talks with Alan Fine of Insider Travel Report about how a little Austrian boy helping his mother in the kitchen apprenticed his way across international restaurants until he found his way into the cruise business. He had his first culinary post aboard the Vistafjord and then on the Queen Elizabeth II for Cunard, before moving to Royal Caribbean and finally Holland America, where he formed the brand's Culinary Council.
